All materials provided through Hale & Hearty Horses programs, courses, memberships, and educational offerings, including but not limited to written content, instructional frameworks, methodologies, terminology, lesson designs, videos, audio recordings, slides, worksheets, and supplemental resources, are the intellectual property of Hale & Hearty Horses, KDRJ Group LLC and Dr. Rebecca Douglass.

Access to these materials grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal educational use only. No ownership rights are conveyed.

Prohibited Uses

Users may not, without prior written consent:

- Copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, translate, adapt, or repurpose any portion of the materials.

- Teach, instruct, or train others using the materials or any derivative works

- Represent the concepts, frameworks, or methodologies as original or proprietary to the user

- Share access credentials, downloads, recordings, or resources with third parties

- Apply the materials within paid or unpaid professional services, including but not limited to coaching, consulting, education, workshops, courses, memberships, presentations, or client-facing work.

Use by Professionals and Educators

Individuals operating as coaches, consultants, educators, practitioners, or service providers are expressly prohibited from using Hale & Hearty Horses materials to:

- Develop or inform commercial programs, curricula, or educational products

- Deliver instruction or guidance to clients or students using these materials, directly or indirectly

- Analyze, replicate, or reverse-engineer the structure, language, or conceptual frameworks for commercial or instructional purposes

- Use for private study and personal development is permitted.
Commercial or professional application, instructional use, or derivative development is not.

Enforcement and Remedies

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of Hale & Hearty Horses materials constitutes an infringement of intellectual property rights. Violations may result in, but are not limited to:

- Immediate termination of access without refund

- Issuance of formal cease-and-desist notices

- Legal action to recover damages, costs, and associated losses

- Hale & Hearty Horses reserves the right to monitor and enforce compliance with this policy.
